Activision support has me so upset over this. At least that is my hope.and I hope it isn't like months later and just a matter of days.like maybe something they do at minimum once a month. Once that happens, the requests will officially be closed out and platform accounts will be unlinked from them. If I had to guess, my bet is our accounts will all be deleted in mass in some day in the future.who knows what day that is, but I bet that is what happens. The second one that was closed out has a requested -AND- completed date and the status says "Your request was denied." This leads to me believe that the original one is still active and being worked because it doesn't have a completion date like the second one does. One other thing to add is I actually have two requests with two case numbers because I submitted another one when I wasn't seeing any progress on the first one and they closed it immediately. My status of the deletion request shows: "Your request is being reviewed and/or processed." and it shows the date it was submitted as well, but it is still very apparent that it is open and not closed yet. that your Activision account was tied to and are part of the deletion request as well), you can see the status of the deletion request. Once I am logged in (there are also logins for any other platforms, etc. One other thing to add.in addition to still being able to log into the Activision site with my platform account, I can also still see the status of the deletion request by going to, clicking on "CHECK MY CASE STATUS", logging in with the "to-gdpr-delete" email instead of my email that was associated with the account originally and just using the same password I originally had.
